The graduation party was a massive success and Emergency Break passed the exams with distinction. Their performance at The Grace was exquisite, worthy of top marks in entertainment. They're entering a new era, moving on from being noisy students. Now they are noisy graduates.

What two words would describe a show full of enjoyable intensity and high energy? What about Sweet Unrest.
The 5-piece rock band delivered a show that perfectly reflects the band’s name, at The Amersham Arms in London.

What could be a great warm up act, before Sweet Unrest go on stage? The Deniros definitely seemed to be ideal for the situation, as they provided great entertainment with their music and their antics on (and off) stage, at Amersham Arms.

Oli Barton is back with his 4th release in 2024, which for me is his best yet. Just a few weeks after his first headline show in London, he's releasing Day & Night. It's yet another song inspired by his struggles in his love life, but expressed in an up-beat catchy pop vibe.

It’s always pleasing when you realize you just discovered yet another gem of new music. This is definitely the case with Montello, who impressed on their recent London gig, at The Rooz Studios. The 4-piece from Wigan have only been together for just over a year now, with members aged 17 and 18 years old. But they already have a whole set of original songs, 3 of which have already been released. In fact, it’s hard to reject any of those songs for a release, or to knock any of them off the set list to make way for a new one. There was a feel-good element throughout their set. And although there was naturally a little bit of shyness, their interaction with the crowd was brilliant.

It’s 8 months since Harvey Jay Dodgson released Freedom. The young singer / songwriter from Portsmouth spent a big part of the summer playing at Festivals and now he’s looking forward to his 2nd release of the year, as well as his first London headline show, both on the same day.
